Teacher Training placements We are a Partnership School and a Base School with Bishop Grosseteste University College in Lincoln.  We welcome a variety of trainees through the year all of which are arranged through the college.  We require all candidates to be unrelated to any pupil or member of staff.  As we are working in partnership with Bishop Grosseteste College we would not normally accept candidates from other institutions.  Evidence of DBS clearance will be required from the college.

No application required by school but college support is essential - the college will always make the initial contact for such placements
Work Experience We are happy to accept pupils from local schools as part of their official Work Experience.  This must be done formally through the school and candidates will be expected to fill in an application form, attend an interview and complete a record of their experiences.  We believe that Work Experience should be carried out in an unfamiliar environment and with people not known to the student.  As such we discourage applications from former pupils or relatives of existing pupils.
